2. Subscription Plans

LeadScribe offers the following subscription plans:

Free Plan: 5 posts per month
Pro Plan: $29/month - 50 posts per month
Max Plan: $49/month - Unlimited posts

All paid plans include post history, LinkedIn profile analysis, and customer support. The Max plan also includes priority support.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: You are solely responsible for all content you publish using our AI-generated posts. While our AI creates professional content suggestions, you must:

Review all AI-generated content before publishing
Ensure content accuracy and appropriateness
Verify any facts, claims, or statistics mentioned
Take full responsibility for published content

LeadScribe is not responsible for the consequences of publishing AI-generated content.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the service to create spam or misleading content
Generate content that violates LinkedIn's terms of service
Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Misuse AI-generated content to deceive or manipulate others
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform

5. Payment Terms

Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and can cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own all rights to the content you create and publish using LeadScribe. We do not claim ownership of your LinkedIn posts or data.

Our Platform: All features, functionality, and technology of LeadScribe are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes

Fail to pay subscription fees

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadScribe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to consequences of publishing AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.
